Born In Surrey, Kay started her dance training at the age of three, joining the Christine Kearsley school of dance at five. From there she went on to train for three Years at the Arts Educational School Of Musical Theatre.
Roles played whilst at college include 'The Acid Oueen' in Tommy, 'Cinderella's Stepmother' in Into The Woods, 'Sheila' in A Chorus Line and 'Bernie' in Stags And Hens. She also appeared as a dancer at the 2002 BAFTA Awards.
Since her graduation in July 2002 Kay has toured Europe in Fosse- fronting numbers such as 'Bye Bye Blackbird', 'Big Spender', 'Mein Herr' and 'Dancing In The Dark', whilst also covering 'Life Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries'. West End the credits include a year long run playing Mrs Potiphar in Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (New London) also playing the role of the Narrator many times. Kay then joined the cast of Chicago (Adelphi) playing the role of Liz. Over her two year run she also played the roles of Mamma Morten and Velma on many occasions. TV credits during this time include Children In Need for the BBC, This Morning and Musicality for ITV and Channel 4.
After leaving Chicago In December 2005 she then rejoined the cast In January 2006 to play the role of Velma Kelly. Kay is delighted to be joining the new cast of The Rocky Horror Show and hopes to have a wonderful year. As always she wants to thank her friends and family for their continued support.
