Rocky Horror Picture Show 45th Anniversary releaseFor a 'limited-edition' soundtrack album the packaging lack a great deal to be desired. All you get for your money is a vinyl slip cover with a couple of stickers front and back.

There is no indication of how many copies of the limited edition have been produced, let alone a serial number to know which you have. For many collectors knowing they have number 587/1000 is a much appreciated bonus. At least making mention of how many copies have been pressed would have been helpful.

You would also expect something a lot better than a slip cover for a 45th Anniversary release. I would have liked to have seen a nice slip case with some more images and notes about the recording at least.

Rocky Horror Picture Show 45th Anniversary releaseThe rear sticker just lists the songs and the band. There is even a typo in there as it reads "all song written by Richard O'Brien" instead of the correct phrase of "all songs written by Richard O'Brien".

Overall this release is welcomed for the 45th Anniversary of the movie, but it could, and should, have been so much better with the addition of a decent printed cover and serial numbers at least.
