Message: Hi!!
I love Rocky and dress up at every opportunity, even tho I am still a virgin! I have seen pics from the Broadway production and it looks fantastic. Me and my friends (most of whom are not virgins) all have our own interpretations on the costumes and I think it is more fun - my ex has dressed as both Brad and Frank with pink hair (although it really suited Frank best!) and it just defines each occasion with the slight differences. Anyway, can't wait till next year cos I'm gonna go see the show as many times as my student budget will allow! Lovebites Jen xXx
PS I am always Janet, more often than not found in white underwear and a lab coat!! ;)

Message: While I respect the fact that Jamie Walton, like everyone else, is entitled to a personal opinion, I feel it's worth pointing out that the look of the characters in ROCKY HORROR is not set in stone. I find it refreshing that the current Broadway show has shown some imagination with its designs, rather than simply copying the movie (as many US productions have done over the years). While the film characters have become pretty definitive, a bit of imagination keeps the stage show fresh and original. We should remember that (back in 1973) Tim Curry's hair for Frank was blonde and then blue before he finally settled on the familiar black. Columbia's very first costume was a far cry from the film's gold sequin tailcoat (yet both were designed by Sue Blane). Over the years, I've seen lots of productions of the show, and seen a lot of different interpretations. Anthony Head's costume, wig, and make-up were miles away from Tim Curry's, but the look worked perfectly for Tony's Frank. I've seen Columbia with a Shirley Temple look; and I've seen Eddie as a teddy boy, a biker, and in Elvis costume. Some ideas work better than others (some are great, some are complete disasters), but I personally love to see a little bit of imagination go into the designs.
Finally, I'd just like to say farewell to THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW at the Prince Charles cinema, Leicester Square. I had a few fabulous nights there over the years (whenever I happened to be in London, even just walking past the cinema and seeing the poster made me feel warm inside), and I'm genuinely upset to see the film's London run finally come to an end. The end of an era.

Message: HI, I am a 6 1/2 year old RHPS fan! My momma is typing this for me, because i have trouble!.....There are no good sites in the USA, where I live, and i scored a 49, on your quiz!, so I think i am a true fan! Last Year on Halloween, I was the only small one at the 25th anniversary party at the arena, here in town!...They almost wouldn't let me in!....But my dad made a fuss, saying that there is nothing in this movie that i could not see on television!....I love this site, and am working on having a Revival, but the people are not wanting it.............I dont understand, do you?

Message: Yay! Guess who we bumped into by Charing Cross...Tim 'Hairy' Harwood! He was so chuffed that we recognised him, even in sunglasses! He
sends his love to everyone and although he's resting at the moment he'll let everyone know what he's doing next!
He was soooo lovely, he even braved our Fluff (pink marshmallow stuff...very yummy)! Seeing him made us realise how much we miss the
show...Especially all the phantoms - can't wait to get back to causing trouble! *
