Shona trained at the Royal Academy of Music (Musical Theatre Course) where she received the Ronald White prize for Acting Through Song.

Her West End credits include: Sophie Sheridan and Usa in Mamma Mia at the Prince Edward Theatre; Merrily We Roll Along at the Donmar Warehouse; and understudy Lauren in Murderous Instincts at the Savoy Theatre. She has understudied and played both Eponine and Cosette in Les Miserables on the UK tour, and played Catherine in Crusade at the Edinburgh Festival. Workshop performances include Airith in MacGregor at the Bridewell Theatre and Phoebe in Going Once at the Old Vic.

Television appearances include: Sing With A Star (LWT), Pebble Mill, Children In Need Special (BBC), The Royal Variety Performance and a documentary entitled Broadway Babies (BBC Wales).

Shona recorded MEADOWLARK for the Bolshoi Ballet and was one of six finalists in the first BBC Radio 2 VOICE OF MUSICAL THEATRE competition in Cardiff.

Concert performances include: The Queens Jubilee Celebration at Buckingham Palace; Les Miserables at the Belfast Odyssey Arena & Cardiff Castle; Beyond The Barricade National Tour; Manhatten Nights National tour; Eric Wooffson's Poe at Abbey Road Studios; several cabaret appearances at Pizza On The Park; and most recently, Zipp! (100 Musicals In 100 Minutes!) with Gyles, Brandreth on a National Tour.
